SHIPPING PRODUCTION TIME FRAMES

All of our orders generally ship out within 2-5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, so it takes and additional 2-5 days to reach you. During busier times, like the holidays, our shipping time frames can extend up to 7-10 business days.

Production Time: 1-5 Business Days (usually 2-3 business days)

Standard Shipping Time: 2-5 Business Days (usually 3-4 business days)

Please note that production and shipping times may extend during holiday seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas, Halloween, etc.)

See item details for estimated arrival times. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations

Cancellations: accepted Request a cancellation: within 6 hours of purchase, unless order as already been processed.

Return Policy

Here's the deal - returns and exchanges are killer for a small business. But, we really, really want you to be happy with your purchase. So, please check the size charts before you place your order. In most cases we do not accept returns due to all of our items be printed upon ordering, but if you are not happy please contact us and we can see how we can help.

Damaged or Defective

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us!

Refunds

We don't accept returns at this time, due to all of our items are made to order.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed packages will be donated after 4 weeks.


What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. In the case of lost items, we will always replace the item for free, but will not offer a refund/cancellation.

 Please note that we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost in transit by the postal service. We ship orders to the address that was provided to us by the customer. We do not keep credit card information on file.
